RESERVATION POLICIES:

I understand a $200 deposit is not refundable and is required to confirm the reservation of the limousine service. I hereby authorize Dixon Limos LLC to charge the above listed credit card account in the amount indicated on all services. I approve by accepting these terms and conditions, signing this contract or a receipt, or my signature (or any other representative's signature) at the time of service, and in good faith, make good on the above charges. I also hereby personally guarantee payment for the above amounts and any additional charges incurred, in the event of non-payment without just cause by the above named cardholder plus any reasonable collection and attorney fees needed to collect a debt.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the service is cancelled within 15 days of said service 50% of the service will be charged. If the service is cancelled within 10 days of said service 100% of said service will be charged. I hereby authorize Dixon Limos LLC to charge the above listed credit card account in the amount indicated on all services. I approve by accepting these terms and conditions, signing this contract or a receipt, or my signature (or any other representative's signature) at the time of service, and in good faith, make good on the above charges. I also hereby personally guarantee payment for the above amounts and any additional charges incurred, in the event of non-payment without just cause by the above named cardholder plus any reasonable collection and attorney fees needed to collect a debt.

Rules & Regulations:

I understand that no standing on seats or hanging out of the windows or sunroof is permitted (State Law). The use and/or sale of illegal drugs are strictly forbidden in vehicles! These are non-smoking vehicles and minors shall consume no alcoholic beverages. I also understand that I am responsible for any damage incurred to the interior or exterior of this vehicle by anyone in my party or myself. Dixon Limos LLC  also has my permission to charge a minimum of $500 for any abnormal cleaning (regurgitation, gum, major spills, burns, etc.) and a $25 charge for any missing/broken glasses. A professional will estimate other damages. Due to the uncertainty of weather, traffic, and equipment, we will do our best to be on time and provide timely transportation. Substitution of comparable vehicle(s) is at company's discretion. I further understand that Dixon Limos is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. The driver and owner reserve the right to terminate the service at anytime, with no refund of monies, if any of the above rules are broken. I agree to the above, by accepting these terms and conditions.
